Develop and manage social media content for platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn Create, schedule, and optimize posts aligned with company projects and brand messaging Design and format professional company documents, including: Presentations Qualification packages Request for Proposals (RFPs) Training materials Ensure brand consistency across all communications and deliverables Collaborate with internal teams and business groups to gather project information and marketing inputs Coordinate photography projects by: Identifying and selecting local photographers near project sites Managing scheduling and logistics Overseeing editing and final asset delivery Ensuring proper usage of visual assets across marketing channels




Consistent and professional social media presence showcasing projects and capabilities High-quality, branded documents that support business development efforts Effective coordination of photography that highlights construction work and progress Strong alignment between marketing outputs and the company's brand and industry positioning Qualifications Experience in marketing, branding, or a related field Familiarity with the construction, engineering, or related industries is preferred Ability to translate technical/project information into clear marketing materials Strong content creation and social media management skills Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva Excellent written and visual communication skills Fluency in the English language Strong organizational and project management abilities Ability to work independently in a remote environment High attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency Preferred Experience sup
