Our site has 900+ associates working across different operations such as HSE, Quality, Controlling, Human Resources, Logistics, Engineering, and of course, Manufacturing. Target To guarantee the reliability of our production equipment by driving a proactive maintenance strategy. This role focuses on preventing issues, executing problem-solving, and collaborating closely with Production, Processes, and Quality to boost overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Main Responsibilities Drive Proactive Maintenance:
Develop, manage, and optimize data-driven preventive and predictive maintenance programs (TPM) to anticipate failures. Act as the key maintenance partner for Production, Processes, and Quality teams to enhance equipment performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.



Lead Root Cause Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analysis of equipment failures to implement robust, long-term solutions and prevent recurrence. Knowledge & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, PLCs, industrial controls, and robotics. Proficient in reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics. You feel accountable for equipment performance and see challenges through to the end. Data-Driven Problem Solver:
