You will work directly advising Product, Data Science, Information Security, Engineering and Legal teams in other countries on cutting-edge issues like AI governance, cross-border data flows, and privacy-by-design for financial products, and be the go-to LatAm privacy expert.

Support the day-to-day execution of Bitso's integral AI and privacy compliance programme across Mexico, El Salvador, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina and Gibraltar.
Implement privacy tools, review and respond to data subject rights requests (ARCO rights) on a daily basis, ensuring compliance with applicable legal deadlines in each jurisdiction.
Draft, review, and negotiate data processing agreements (DPAs) and privacy clauses with third-party vendors, partners, and business clients.
