high-volume outbound email campaigns daily Personalize messaging to improve response and reply rates Continuously refine messaging using tools like ChatGPT Test subject lines, angles, and CTAs for performance
no lead is missed Maintain consistent follow-ups across long sales cycles
Qualify prospects based on defined criteria Book meetings for the sales team efficiently Ensure smooth handoff to Account Executives
CRM Management & Pipeline Tracking
Maintain clean data in: HubSpot (or similar CRM tools) Log all activities, notes, and next steps Track engagement and pipeline movement
Performance Optimization




Monitor daily/weekly performance metrics Improve messaging based on results Maintain consistent activity levels
High email volume with consistent quality Strong reply and response rates Consistent meeting bookings Zero missed follow-ups Clean and accurate CRM data
Strong written communicator (clear, persuasive, concise) Process-driven and consistent with execution Comfortable with repetition and high activity levels Disciplined with follow-ups Results-focused and KPI-driven Able to work independently without constant supervision
Excellent written English (error-free, professional) Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot or similar) Ability to work toward daily/weekly activity targets Full-time availability (Monday–Friday)
