Data & Analytics Manager

The Data & Analytics Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of data products, from ideation and development to deployment and optimization. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, critical analysis, and leadership skills to drive the successful execution of data-driven initiatives while also being actively involved in day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for the tracking strategy of one of the biggest e-commerces in Mexico,



it will require your ability to translate behavior metrics into business insights and data visualizations that feed and drive marketing and product initiatives.
Excellent level of English C1 or above and Spanish communication (reading, writing, and speaking is mandatory )
Practical Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
On-Site 2-3x a week on our clients office in Polanco
Data Analysis:
Provide data analysis that supports business and digital product growth through data visualization.
Lead cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and analytics specialists, to develop and deliver high-quality data products. Attract, retain, and develop top data talents while mentoring and training to foster growth and motivation within the team.
