Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's objectives. Plan and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Content Creation and Management: Design and produce high-quality graphics, videos, and other visual content for social media posts and ads. Write compelling copy for social media posts, ensuring consistency with the brand voice. Manage and oversee social media content calendar.
Engagement and Community Management: Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and comments, providing timely responses. Foster and grow an active online community, encouraging engagement and interaction. Advertising and Campaigns: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
