The Recruiter supports end‐to‐end sourcing operations by combining administrative precision with proactive, innovative recruitment strategies. This position plays a key role in expanding both crowd recruitment efforts and specialized talent pipelines, helping the organization scale rapidly and effectively. Source (recruit, screen, interview, and qualify) candidates for a variety of projects and programs
Conduct advanced job‐board research to identify effective posting channels based on project requirements
Create and post job advertisements on multiple job boards and online communities
Support crowd recruitment initiatives, including sourcing large, diverse pools of task‐based contributors across multiple markets
Build, nurture, and maintain scalable sourcing funnels that can respond quickly to high‐volume recruitment needs
Use social media and professional networks to attract high‐quality candidates
Support screening and qualification processes following project guidelines
Track and report recruitment KPIs and prepare internal sourcing reports




Maintain organized recruitment documentation and ensure data accuracy
Assist in building partnerships with universities, organizations, online communities, and talent networks

Expertise in job‐board usage and online research methods
Experience developing and scaling crowd recruiting pipelines or high‐volume recruitment channels

Required experience and qualifications Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
