This isn't a traditional helpdesk role — we want someone who sees a repetitive task and instinctively thinks "I could automate that".
You'll be responsible for keeping our systems running, managing access and devices across a mostly macOS environment,



and contributing to internal tooling projects — including AI-assisted development with tools like Claude Code.
One of our previous IT team members progressed into our SRE team. Manage macOS fleet via Kandji MDM — deployments, policies, and our custom OpenVPN setup
Support Slack and Jira-based IT requests, triage issues, and resolve them efficiently
Occasionally support Windows and Linux users alongside our primary macOS environment
Core IT skills
Solid macOS administration experience — you know the OS, not just the UI
Linux comfort — enough to SSH in, read logs, and not panic
Experience with MDM tools (Kandji, Jamf, or similar)
Identity and access management — Okta, Google Workspace, SSO basics
Scripting & automation
Scripts & automation — you don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable writing and maintaining scripts helping with daily tasks
Git basics — version control your work, not j
