The candidate will manage a portfolio of customer accounts and approximately 160 monthly shipments, ensuring daily operational execution, on-time pickup and delivery, and proactive communication with customers, shippers, and internal teams. continue monitoring the shipment for on-time pick-up, transit, delivered, empty
loaded, pick-up, delivery, empty, etc.
Notify Shipper and/or Receiver of Load Status and reschedule pick-up/delivery appointments when necessary
Identify patterns with shipper, receiver and carrier performance and recommend actions for improvement
Experience in a system related to TMS (tracking or monitoring of shipments)
Completed bachelor's degree
Advanced English
1 year of logistics experience
Office (excel, word, ppt)
