Role Mission Turn consumer and audience understanding into strategy by identifying changes in behavior and social and cultural conversations around brands, and translating these insights into decisions that drive business growth for our clients across Mexico and the region. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end Social Media and Content projects, from brief and prioritization through production, approval, and delivery.
Manage timelines, priorities, workloads, dependencies, approvals, and potential risks across multiple projects.
Coordinate content calendars, campaigns, always-on content, reactive requests, and content adaptations across platforms and markets.




Identify operational risks and blockers proactively and drive solutions to keep projects moving.
Apply Agile methodologies and project management best practices to improve workflows, collaboration, and delivery.
Skills & experience 3–5 years of experience in roles such as Research & Insights, Consumer Insights, Strategic Planning, Strategy, or similar, preferably within an agency, consulting firm, or brand environment.
Strong experience designing and conducting qualitative research ,
including interviews, focus groups, and moderation.
Solid understanding of quantitative research, including sample analysis, data interpretation, cross-tabulation, and potential biases.
Experience with social listening platforms such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, or similar.
Strong strategic thinking, critical thinking, curiosity, and ability to translate research into actionable recommendations.
