Job Description We're looking for an innovative Learning Designer with 3-5 years of experience to focus on the development and creation of high-quality, engaging digital learning content for our global employee base.



You will be the team's e-learning expert and creative visual designer, turning instructional concepts into polished, interactive learning experiences. Reporting to the Integral Head of People Development - this role is perfect for a self-starter who is passionate about leveraging new technologies, especially Generative AI tools, to build content that is visually compelling, scalable, and highly effective. Design & Develop Digital Learning Content
Design, develop, and publish responsive and engaging e-learning courses using industry-leading authoring tools like Articulate Rise/Storyline and Evolve.
Translate training needs and Subject Matter Expert (SME) content into visually compelling and effective storyboards and interactive modules.
ADDIE, SAM) to ensure learning objectives are met and content is outcome-focused.
Build comprehensive e-learning and core skills content serving all employees on communication, productivity, and professional development.
