Role Overview Ensure inventory integrity through proper transfer between locations and to internal warehouses, promote increased inventory reliability.
Execute GT (Group Technology) Methodology to store components according to their point of use to ensure the percentage of reliability of the inventory assigned by the company.
Develop and implement maximum and minimum controls in warehouses.
Monitor the internal flow of materials, through transfers between warehouses and closing production orders.
Schedule and ensure preventive and/or corrective maintenance on equipment necessary to carry out activities within the warehouse.
Ensure that the personnel assigned to the warehouse area use safety equipment correctly, as well as detect unsafe conditions that put the integrity of their personnel at risk.
Develop, implement and maintain the procedures of the Quality system.
Personnel management and training
Control and monitoring of personnel incidents
3 years of experience in warehouse management.
Delivery of Results.
Software Required (Preferred)
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) at level: Knowledge in ERP, MFG PRO, SAP, JDE
Desirable forklift handling
This position will assist in the training of employees on the proper procedures and methods for the performance of job duties and responsibilities.
