Requirements
~ Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
~7–10 years of progressive experience in finance, such as financial management,



accounting, internal audit, or similar roles
~ Experience working with complex businesses, multiple stakeholders, and ambiguity
~ Strong knowledge of financial analysis, planning, forecasting, and modeling
~ Deep understanding of GAAP, financial statements, internal controls, and P&L; management
~ Experience with SAP applications and KPIs
~ Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
~ Strong results orientation with the ability to prioritize and execute
~ High learning agility and comfort navigating change
~ Digital fluency and curiosity about new tools and approaches
