Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related field). 5+ years of experience managing projects in the electronics or manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or similar). Experience coordinating cross-functional teams. Familiarity with product development and manufacturing processes. Advanced English skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D;, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain). Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
