Recruiting- Cargo Manager – MEXICO

Location: MEXICO area (based at MEX Airport)

1.Overview:
Hainan Airlines is seeking an experienced and motivated Cargo Manager to lead our cargo operations in the Mexico and across selected region. The position will be based in the MEX Airport, with regular presence at MEX, and responsibility for MEX/TIJ cargo operation, and remote supervision of MEXICO cargo operations.

2.Key Responsibilities:
(1) Oversee and manage all aspects of Hainan Airlines’ cargo operations in the MEXICO region.
(2) Supervise day-to-day CTO（Cargo terminal operation）operational performance, ensuring compliance with company safety, security, cargo operation standard and other regulatory requirements.
(3) As the company's cargo business representative, Coordinate with customs, ground handling agents, CTO（Cargo terminal operation）,freight forwarders, trucking agent and internal departments to ensure safety, punctuality and service quality and efficiency.
(4) Assist with cargo sales:



Develop and implement cargo sales strategies to achieve revenue and performance targets, Monitor market and new business opportunities to sales department.
(5) Provide leadership and direction to local teams and partners to maintain Hainan Airlines’ service standards.

3.Qualifications & Requirements:

(1) Minimum 5 years of experience in air cargo operations or sales, preferably with an international airline.

(2) Strong understanding of MEXICO aviation cargo market dynamics and the regulatory framework.

(3) Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

(4) Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations remotely.

(5) Fluency in English and Spanish, Basic Chinese is required; other language proficiency is an advantage.

4.Work Location:
Mexico city area, with frequent travel to other airport as required.
