Requirements

7+ years in QA, with 2-3 years in a lead role
Strong client-facing communication experience
IoT / Embedded / Wireless background
This role requires a full-time commitment to working on-site at our Guadalajara facility, fostering direct collaboration and team integration for optimal project delivery.

Required Skills:

Possess good knowledge and hands-on experience in developing and executing automated tests for complex software systems.




Demonstrate a solid working knowledge of embedded systems principles and their application in product development.
Exhibit proven experience with Embedded Linux environments, including configuration and troubleshooting.
Apply practical experience in embedded testing methodologies and tools to ensure product quality and reliability.
Utilize a good level of Python for scripting, test automation, and data analysis within a QA context.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with the Android SDK and its application in developing and testing mobile applications is highly advantageous.
Experience with Embedded Linux, specifically within a Yocto Project environment, would be considered a significant asset.
