Role & Responsabilities
- Partner & influence teams to drive business results that optimize talent, structure, process and culture.




- Provide advice and counsel internal customers (managers, coordinators and employees) on all human capital issues to ensure fair and consistent treatment)
- Provide strategic and operational HR consulting across core initiatives, including performance management, talent review and succession planning, total rewards, workforce planning, organizational design, labor relations, and payroll.
- Collaborate with employees, coordinators and managers on everyday issues.
- Serve as a trusted coach and advisor to leaders on people management, leadership effectiveness, and talent development.
- Follow the HR strategies and solutions designed to increase departmental performance and efficiency.
- Assist in the development of HR policies to satisfy legal requirements, cost containment and work environments.
