Anaista de comercio exterior (Abogado)

Responsibilities:
- Support the Foreign Trade Manager and Team to ensure Compliance to Mexican

Import/Export Regulations as well as acting as guardian of Internal Operational Procedures.
- Conduct periodical audits to the operations to identify process deviation and improvements.:
- Monthly audits of the 5% of the operation to identify possible risk of compliance with

customs legislations.
- Ensure the report operations are complete and correct against authority databases.:
- Ensure that the record keeping for customs purposes is complete and available.:
- Conduct Customs Agents evaluations to rate their performance and ensure they meet

expected Compliance Levels
- Prepare the monthly documentation required to comply with the annex 24.:
- Ensure the support documentation of the preferential duty certificates is correctly stored.:
- Ensure the HTS codes and preferential duty treatment catalogues are updated.:
- Archive the HTS criteria determination.:




- Ensure that the Compliance risks and process deviations have a corrective action

implemented.
- Advice the impact of the modification in the regulations applicable to our operations.:
- Participate in the creation and implementation of good practices in operational and

administrative processes to increase their efficiency and quality.
- Participate and prepare training on operational and technical processes in foreign trade

matters.
- Provide information and documentation to solve the corresponding internal and external

audits and compliance processes.
- Participate in the development of the objectives and their action plans as well as comply

with them.
- Receive, safeguard and transform into Excel format the databases of the authority (Data

Stage).
- Support in the development of the operating procedures.:
