Production Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our great team at Seco Tools located in Ramos Arizpe Plant, reporting directly to the Production Manager. You will lead and manage a team of production technicians (CNC, Sharpening, and high qualified technicians), ensuring the efficient and high-quality manufacturing of precision cutting tools. This role focuses on optimizing production processes, maintaining safety standards, and achieving operational targets within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production personnel, including scheduling, payroll incidences, vacations plan, assigning tasks, training multi-ability matrix, safety, and monitoring performance.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are met or exceeded.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues,



implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections of products and processes, ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Train new and existing production staff on equipment operation, safety protocols, and manufacturing best practices.
- Monitor and manage raw material inventory, coordinating with procurement to ensure adequate supply for production.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, quality control, and maintenance, to optimize overall operational effectiveness.
- Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
