Job Summary

As a Design Engineer, you will design, develop, build, and implement new components, products, or technologies that will help deliver high‑quality solutions for our customers. You’ll collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and supply partners to translate functional requirements into detailed designs, support prototype build and validation and contribute to technical reports and cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities
- Design conceptsfor cab electrical harness during new product introduction or current for production maintenance projects




- Local engineering Supportduring Stop to Fix, Certified Build, Eng Change implementations, etc.
- Follow up deviationsrequired by engineering.
- Participatein Root Cause Corrective Action Analysis.:
- SupportConcurrent Process and Product Development meetings.:
- Createengineering change prints.:
- Cost Reduction Projects that simplify design and facilitate manufacturing.
- New Product IntroductionSupport for projects assigned.
- Support suppliersin case of design-related questions.

Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accredited Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Electrical(degree required).
- Strong working knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) or engineering software (required)
- Advanced Product Quality Planning knowledge (desired)
- SolidWorks or CREO experience.
- Harness Modeling experience.
- AdvancedEnglish.
