Planning Maintenace Leader

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide leadership and guidance to preventative maintenance team to ensure planned maintenance activities on the manufacturing equipment are executed on-time and in the most efficient way. Responsible for site-wide planned maintenance strategy in partnership with Manufacturing Unit Technical Leaders & the Reliability team. Proactively manage all elements of preventative maintenance spend (including spare parts, labor, and services) to budgeted objectives. Support to Tool Crib operations, ensuring targeted inventory levels for spare parts are well maintained. Coordinate and drive utilization of a Computerized-Maintenance-Management System (CMMS) across the manufacturing site.
