What You’ll Do
- Make cold and warm calls to potential customers
- Conduct data research and accurate data entry:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls:
- Participate in ongoing training and development:
- Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships

Monday to Friday (Full-Time)

Must be available to start shifts between 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM (MT)

Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers within a defined area, generating Inspection appointments.You will have daily communication with inspectors to go over the results of the inspections and report to the property managers.You will be generating a hierarchy report of the assigned companies and will be documenting all communication in a CRM and internal trackers

What We’re Looking For




- Fluent English (C1/C2) - strong conversationalskills required
- Bilingual(English & Spanish)
- Reliablecomputer and headset
- Stable internet connection
- A quiet, professional workspace

What We Offer
- Weekly Pay starting at $5.00 USD/hour:
- Clear growth and raise opportunities:
After 30 Days: Meet the goal of 1 Inspection per day → Earn $6.00 USD/hour

After 90 Days (post-increase): Meet the goal of 3 Inspection per day → Earn $7.50 USD/hour
