Join the growing Sensient Colors Latin America sales team as a Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you’ll be responsible for initiating and maintaining sales and service with customers, and for qualifying prospects for purposes of market maintenance/penetration for a designated sales territory, in this case 80% Central America, and 20% Mexico.

You’ll connect primarily via phone and online meetings, with occasional field visits to key accounts, analyzing and qualifying customer information, implementing account sales strategies, pricing and preparing quotations, communicating appropriate information to management, and maintaining related records and customer files.

This opportunity is 100% office based in Lerma.





What you’ll do:
- Manage the full inside sales process by accepting orders, closing sales, maintaining customer records, completing required documentation, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive account management, including initial and follow-up calls, qualifying customer needs, identifying sales potential, and coordinating with field sales teams for territory opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments on operational matters such as certificates, invoicing, inventory availability, lead times, carriers, pick-ups, technical support, and sample requests to ensure efficient customer service and business continuity.
