Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow call scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
- Update lead statuses, notes, and pipelines in GoHighLevel
- Meet daily call and appointment-setting targets
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting
- Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Comfortable working with KPIs and sales targets
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $100.00 - $138.00 per hour
