A Day in the Life:Serves as member of the HR/ER Ops Shared Services organization, providing advanced support to employees, managers, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence. This position is responsible for managing complex ER transactions, resolving escalated employee inquiries, driving process improvements, ensuring compliance with company policies, based in our SDC, such as but not limited to: Terminations, Attendaces and Accomodations cases, RIF support, reporting, amoung others.

The HR Support IV serves is responsible for handling complex ER Ops transactions, employee inquiries,



and process escalations while ensuring compliance with company policies and service level agreements, based on the following Catalog service: Terminations, Attendance and Accommodation cases, employment records, RIF, among others.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Provides centralized human resource administration and support across a variety of processes and programs in Employee Relations.
- Collaborates across the Human Resources function to establish operational standards and procedures that are leveraged to respond to employee and manager questions, ensures transactions are processed accurately and human resource programs and processes are administered effectively and efficiently.
