Technical Service Manager
As a Technical Service Manager, you will be responsible for act as the technical authority driving the successful application of our ingredient portfolio within customer formulations and industrial processes. With regional responsibility, you will actively engage with integral technical networks, contributing to knowledge exchange, capability building, and continuous improvement of application know-how across beverage categories.

Translate customer requirements into scalable solutions, supporting pilot trials, industrial validations, and shelf-life studies while ensuring performance under processing conditions.
Manage the technical project pipeline end-to-end, including experimental design, documentation, and approval processes, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.




Drive commercial impact alongside Account Managers, identifying value creation opportunities, supporting value selling, and influencing customer decisions by linking technical solutions to business outcomes.
Educational level: bachelor’s or master’s degree in food engineering, Food Technology or related fields.
English and Spanish: advanced level.
