Engage students in speaking, reading, writing, and listening activities.
Social-Emotional Support
Be attentive to students' needs and encourage social interaction both inside and outside the classroom.
Communicate any social-emotional concerns regarding students to the Academic Coordination team.
General Classroom Management
Provide substitute teaching coverage when required.
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language or certification as an English as a Foreign Language instructor.
Training and experience in differentiated instruction.
Minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience.
Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish is preferred.
Ability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility when teaching English as a foreign language to students of different ages and proficiency levels, from four-year-old children to adults.
