Summary / Objective
Your primary responsibility is to develop and execute ADDASOUND's sales strategy in the assigned country by expanding the channel partner network, acquiring strategic end customers, driving major projects and tenders, and achieving sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and expand ADDASOUND's distributor, reseller and solution partner network throughout the assigned country.
2. Identify,



develop and manage strategic end-user accounts in key verticals including Contact Centers, BPOs, Enterprise, Government, Healthcare, Hospitality and Financial Services.
3. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
4. Generate new business opportunities through both channel partners and direct customer engagement.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, system integrators, UC partners, IT resellers and enterprise customers.
6. Lead customer presentations, product demonstrations and business negotiations.
7. Work closely with channel partners to develop joint business plans, sales activities and marketing campaigns.
8. Identify, qualify and manage large commercial projects, government procurements and tender opportunities from opportunity creation through project closure.
