We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement across the production floor. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating team activities, monitoring production performance, and driving operational excellence while fostering a positive and engaging work environment.

Requisitos del puesto

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations supervisory role.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Experience managing production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.




Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to analyze production data and drive performance improvements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems (ERP/MES).
Flexibility to support different shifts and production schedules as required.
English proficiency preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements.
Project management experience.
Continuous improvement certification (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
Lead, coach, and develop production team members to maximize performance and engagement.
Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
