Our team is looking for a Client Success Manager to join our brilliant Operations team We want someone who is excited to bring value and success to our partners by executing our process workflows.

We help brands and agencies interpret the hard-to-read signals across the health journey and unify these digital determinants of health with real-world data to produce the most dimensional view of the customer. Our award-winning advertising platforms use machine learning and programmatic automation to seamlessly activate this data, making marketing, predictive analytics, and decision support easy and instantaneous.

Responsibilities
- Understand client's use case for Signal
- Create a Strategic Account Plan (SAP) for clients
- Configure the product per the SAP
- Ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation by the client
- Analyze data and drive value for the client

Requirements:




- 2+ years experience in a Client Success team as an individual contributor
- Previous experience in SaaS based products, especially around data
- Experience with SA 360, Campaign Manager, and Tag Manager; certification preferred
- SQL knowledge
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data
- Comfortable working with Director level & above clients
- Team player

Nice to Have
- Experience within the health industry
- Basic Python skills
- Experience with automation
- Strategic thinking
