We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish) HR Generalist/HRBP based in Polanco Mexico to support our People business initiatives and strategies.



This role will act as a business partner to the leadership team supporting all core HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Culture, Compliance, L&D;, Process, and HR Technology). Our company operates in Miami, Dallas, Dominican Republic, and Mexico.

Responsibilities:
- Partners with HR team and business leaders to develop and implement proactive strategies to support and strengthen our culture, productivity, and growth projects.
- Will support all core HR functions, including Talent Acquisitions/Recruiting (full cycle), L&D;, Culture & Recognition, Reporting, and Legal Compliance.
- Will play a key role in the implementation and development of HR technology and support the vendor management relationships (ATS, HCM).
- Support talent acquisition, recruiting, succession planning, and talent development activities aligned with growth strategy.
