Purpose of Position:
the ability to work with a variety of groups from service and support teams to product development. This role requires the ability to work independently and handle sensitive customer interactions. Knowledge of Hexagon

mining systems as well as a variety of analysis tools is highly desired.

Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Serves as functional product expert.
- Serves as expert on how the products are installed and configured.
- Serves as expert on how the products are used by the customer.
- Review product defects and find out their root cause.
- Review’s enhancement request for duplication and alignment with product strategy.
- Delivery of product kit configurations and supporting artifacts.




- Provides usability requirements to product engineering.
- Ensures product functionality deliverables meet product requirements & specifications.
- Provides product training including installation, configuration, functional, and support training to sales, and service and support teams.
- Provides technical sales support.

Knowledge and Experience - Required:
- Minimum 4-year degree in a technical program preferably in computer science, information systems, mine engineering, engineering, or related field.
- This person must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Knowledge of JavaScript, React, C++, Objective C, Ruby, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services and Linux.
- 5 years of field support in mining technologies, 5 years supporting information technologies in any other field than mining would be considered.
- Strong accountability planning/organization, and teamwork.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel to remote
