We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Analyst to join our team at our facility in Parque Industrial Las Colinas, Mexico. As an Accounting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, conducting in-depth analyses, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes.




- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
- Identify trends and anomalies in financial data and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Participate in audit preparations and support external auditors as needed.
- Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc financial analyses as required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accountin
