A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Capital Project Leadership - Lead R&R;, QFS, EHS, R&D;, and Productivity projects using the KWS UWF methodology, ensuring disciplined execution and governance.
- Performance & Delivery Excellence - Achieve KPCS ≥ 90% per project, with no negative impact on OEE, Operations, QFS, Safety, or NRC.




- Financial Planning & Capital Control - Ensure 100% ± 1% compliance with the annual capital plan and provide outlooks for capital, expense, OTC, WO, and capitalizations.
- Engineering & Compliance Oversight - Review and approve engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation, ensuring compliance with Kellanova standards.
- Cross-Functional & Strategic Collaboration - Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, participate in Centers of Excellence, and support critical infrastructure programs aligned with the CBN.

We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Experience managing capital or engineering projects in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (UWF experience preferred)
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams
- Experience reviewing engineering drawings and technical specifications
