We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Department team. The Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services, trainings, conferences and e-learning solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Content Marketing: Develop and execute content marketing strategies to create and distribute valuable, relevant content that attracts, engages, and converts our target audience, both B2B and B2C. This includes blog posts, eBooks, webinars, videos, promotional materials, and more.
- Social Media Management: Manage our social media presence across various platforms, create and curate content, schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media analytics to optimize performance.
- Analytics and Reporting:



Utilize tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track and report on marketing performance. Use data to make informed decisions and refine marketing strategies.
- Remote Event Marketing: Support the planning and promotion of webinars, workshops, our biannual conference and other virtual events.
- Onsite Event Marketing: Prepare collateral materials and giveaways items, communicate with other team members in executing designs and producing giveaways, and support the company’s participation in various industry and non-industry events. Travel, primarily in the USA, may be required up to 4 times per year.
- Brand Awareness: Contribute to brand-building efforts to increase brand recognition and loyalty by identifying potential client segments and partnership opportunities across industries that may benefit from the company’s services.
