Your Mission:
- Design and deliver fun, reliable, knowledgeable, and engaging induction training experiences for new hires, ensuring they start their journey with the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to deliver world-class service. _
_Start Date: April 27th, 2026 _
_Onboarding Training Period: April 27th - June 29th, 2026 _
_Employment Type: Permanent _
_Travel: This role may involve some travel requirements to Tempe, Arizona, USA. _
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate in-person New Hire Induction Training
- Review and continuously improve training materials
- Design and create engaging onboarding content using strong instructional design techniques




- Collaborate closely with Team Leaders, Resource Planning, and other stakeholders
- Share best practices globally to support continuous improvement
- Role model LEGO values, Diversity & Inclusion, and leadership behaviors
- Evaluate advisor performance and provide real-time coaching and feedback
- Support new hires during their first live customer interactions

What We’re Looking For
