Our Quality Specialist:
Our adaptive and integrative Quality Team is looking for a motivated team player that will serve as an integral component to the quality assessment and improvement processes at ProTrans International.



Our Quality Specialist will utilize their skills to analyze and monitor our quality solutions within a Quality Management System and our proprietary Transportation Management System. The main goal is to monitor, inspect, and propose measures to correct and improve our services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with each department to define measure, analyze, and establish root cause(s) and implement permanent improvements which yield greater flexibility, lower costs, and improved customer satisfaction.
- Participates in the audits of field performance against system standard processes to identify and realize improvement opportunities both in terms of performance compliance and process suitability.
