Marketing Assistant

Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant with a strong focus on influencer marketing to support influencer discovery, outreach, and qualification efforts across multiple social media platforms. This role plays a key part in building a steady pipeline of qualified creators and coordinating their handoff to Affiliate Managers for ongoing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Conduct outreach and follow‑ups, inviting creators to join as partners:
- Manage influencer communications using tools such as SuperAffiliate, Grin, and HubSpot:
- Write personalized outreach messages and present collaboration opportunities:
- Qualify influencers based on audience demographics, engagement, content quality, and brand alignment:
- Create clear and visually appealing campaign briefs using Canva:




- Develop and send newsletters to communicate campaigns, updates, and opportunities:
- Schedule meetings and coordinate influencer handoff to Affiliate Managers:
- Maintain an organized pipeline and tracking system in the CRM:
- Coordinate recurring office hours between influencers and Affiliate Managers:
- Stay up to date on influencer marketing trends and best practices

Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in marketing, influencer marketing, outreach, sales, or related roles
- Advanced English level (C1 or higher) - mandatory:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems:
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑driven:
- Comfortable tracking metrics and performance data:
- Basic Canva design skills:
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
