We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Monterrey, N.L., ideally in a hybrid work model (1-2 days in-office).

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all stakeholders are well-informed about project details, milestones, and progress.
- Manage scope changes to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project-specific risks while supporting the overall operational risk management strategy.
- Monitor project performance and quality to ensure all established standards are met.
- Generate detailed project reports covering progress, challenges, and achievements to complement the Operations Managers overall performance reports.




- Identify and propose process improvements at the project level, ensuring consistency and operational efficiency in coordination with the Operations Manager.
- Maintain detailed and organized project documentation to support operational transparency.
- Organize and lead project-specific meetings, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective information flow across teams.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of proven experience as a Project Manager (mandatory).

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1 or fluent conversational level).

Experience:

-
8 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Tableau, databases, and SQL.
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Trello, Monday, or ClickUp.

Preferred Certifications:

-
Scrum Master certification.
