We are looking for a Operational procurement Specialist to join our team and support the efficient execution of procurement processes. In this role, you will ensure smooth purchase-to-pay operations, provide support to internal stakeholders and suppliers, and contribute to continuous improvement in procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process purchase requisitions to ensure they comply with purchasing policies, procedures and internal controls.




- Provide guidance and support to end users on procurement processes and help resolve technical issues related to Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs) and Goods Receipts (GRs).
- Use procurement tools and systems in accordance with established processes and requirements.
- Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and suppliers, providing timely and accurate support.
- Deliver high-quality service with a strong customer-focused mindset, ensuring stakeholders feel supported and understood.
- Ensure procurement activities are performed in compliance with global and local laws, regulations and company policies.
- Identify, report and follow up on incidents related to procurement processes, assessing their nature, impact and appropriate corrective actions.
- Escalate issues when necessary to ensure effective communication and timely resolution.
