We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead and manage the Quality Assurance function within our software development organization. The idóneo candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in QA processes and software testing, with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of modern development methodologies.

Define, implement, and continuously improve the overall QA strategy and testing processes.
Lead and manage the QA team, including test engineers and automation specialists.
Plan, estimate, and oversee all testing activities across multiple projects.
Ensure test coverage, quality standards, and timely delivery of releases.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Project Managers, and stakeholders.
Establish and monitor KPIs and quality metrics.




Oversee test automation initiatives and promote best practices.
Manage defect tracking, reporting, and root cause analysis.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality policies.
Identify risks related to quality and define mitigation strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software QA/testing, including leadership responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test strategies, and best practices.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or other modern development methodologies.
Proven experience managing QA teams and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps).
Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and tools.
Experience with CI/CD environments and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
