As a Regional Manager at Ware Malcomb, you will be a key leader responsible for driving office growth, revenue performance, profitability, and operational excellence. You will oversee team member management, client relationships, financial oversight, and strategic business development to ensure the office meets its organizational, diversification, and performance goals.
In this role, you will cultivate a strong team culture, maintain high standards of project delivery, and represent Ware Malcomb within the local and regional market.
Your Role
Lead the office's overall performance, culture,



and daily operations while modeling Ware Malcomb values and maintaining a positive, team‐oriented environment.
Manage all office proposals and contracts, client and consultant, including coordination with the Accounting Group and ensuring final review by Regional leadership.
Review all project budget reports prior to contract execution and verify alignment with financial expectations and staffing plans.
Maintain and update the office organizational chart; continuously assess staffing needs, direct vs. indirect headcount, and revenue-per-person expectations.
Review monthly project revenue projections and provide weekly updates as needed to ensure accuracy and alignment with office goals.
Analyze monthly financial statements, track profitability, and ensure the office meets or exceeds the 15% profitability target.
Monitor and manage DSO performance, maintaining days at or below 80.
