The Engineering Manager is responsible of steering a group of related projects, subsidiary programs and program activities that are managed in a coordinated manner. Establishes and implements business strategies with a long-term focus (typically three to five years) based on the organization's vision. Operational strategy support mitigation & contingency, leverage on synergies due to common benefit.
