Engineer I, Electrical Systems Design (Application Engineer)

We're looking for an Electrical Engineer who is passionate about industrial Panelboards, automation & Protections technologies, and solving technical challenges. This role will support engineering teams across Mexico, United States and Canada, requiring technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a integral environment.

The ideal candidate has experience working with Panelboards, Breakers, control logic, electrical distribution, current transformers, and industrial communication networks. If you enjoy applying engineering expertise to support customers and internal teams, we'd love to hear from you.

What will you do?

Provide technical support and application engineering expertise to engineering teams across North America.
Assist in the design, configuration, and implementation of Panelboards.
Support the selection and application of industrial automation and electrical equipment
Collaborate with engineers, technical specialists,



and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve product and system issues.
Participate in the development of conceptual and detailed application designs for customer projects.
Support system integration activities involving industrial communication protocols and automation solutions.
Analyze technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions based on customer needs and industry best practices.
Communicate technical findings, recommendations, and solutions clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes, standards, and technical documentation.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.
1-3 years of experience in industrial Panelboards, automation, or application engineering.
Hands-on experience with:
Breakers
Relays
