Are you an engineering student passionate about optimization, automation, and project management? At SKF, we are looking for a motivated and proactive Engineering Projects & Applications Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
This internship is designed to help you strengthen your technical knowledge while working alongside experienced professionals and contributing to real business operations.
What You'll Do
Assist with project tracking: Monitor milestones, timelines, and deliverables for key engineering and continuous improvement projects.
Support application development: Participate in the creation, testing, or optimization of internal tools and digital applications.
Update technical designs: Utilize AutoCAD or similar software to modify layouts, blueprints, or technical documentation as needed.
Analyze operational data: Process project metrics and key performance indicators to generate reports for decision-making.
Participate in continuous improvement:
Identify bottlenecks in current processes and propose structured engineering solutions.
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree: Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
University enrollment: Currently enrolled in university (7th semester or above).
Technical proficiency: Desirable knowledge of AutoCAD (or similar CAD software).
Advanced Excel skills: Mastery of formulas, data analysis, and Pivot Tables.
Language skills: Intermediate English
Core competencies: Strong analytical, structural thinking, and organization skills.
Professional traits: Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and high attention to detail.
Institutional requirement: Mandatory university medical insurance (Protegido Facultativo) throughout the entire project.
Availability: Ability to complete a 1-year part-time, on-site internship.
Career vision: Interest in developing a long-term car
