We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic financial decision-making. This role will oversee month-end close activities, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and a team of accounting professionals while partnering with multiple business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the general accounting function and month-end close process.
Review and approve account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reports.
Ensure compliance with Mexican accounting, tax, payroll, and regulatory requirements (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISN, Fonacot, etc.).
Oversee bank reconciliations, prepaid expenses, accruals, and balance sheet reviews.
Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of findings.
Manage and mentor the accounting team, driving process improvements and operational excellence.
Monitor changes in accounting and tax legislation and ensure proper implementation across the organization.
Collaborate with finance, payroll, tax,



and business teams to support company objectives.
Prepare and present financial analysis, KPIs, and management reports to leadership.

Qualifications
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
✔ CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
✔ 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
✔ Strong knowledge of Mexican GAAP, tax regulations, payroll accounting, and statutory reporting.
✔ Experience managing accounting operations in large organizations.
✔ Advanced English proficiency.
✔ Advanced knowledge of Oracle ERP and Excel.
✔ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
