Role Purpose

Develop, optimize, and implement welding and brazing methods across all manufacturing processes, ensuring top-tier quality standards, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency aligned with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

Identify operational and technical training needs for welding processes across the plant.
Design and execute tailored training plans based on operational indicators and shop-floor needs.
Define and manage the welder skills matrix, competency levels, and pay tiers according to technical capabilities.




Prepare and manage documentation and technical evidence required for welding process certifications.
Coordinate and supervise welder test coupons and equipment testing for certification issuance and renewals.
Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and actively resolve technical issues in welding and brazing operations.
Work closely with the Quality Department to reduce or eliminate internal and external cost of quality (CoQ).
Perform technical inspections and ensure strict adherence to international standards and codes.
Identify and implement process improvements in welding to boost productivity and product quality, always prioritizing workplace safety.
Conduct technical feasibility and engineering studies for product enhancements.
Identify, document, and justify cost-saving projects (VAVE / Cost Out) resulting from changes in components, materials, or process parameters.
