PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – Rubber Manufacturing

Location: TSS Reynosa, Mexico

Type of Contract: Temporary (6 Months)

About The Role

Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

What You’ll Do

Follow company Safety policies and procedures. Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work environment. Perform regular Safety Gemba to identify safety risk opportunities in a preventive, proactive manner, reacting with sense of urgency to eliminate, minimize or control such risk with zero accident target.
Assure compliance of quality checks of product, both visual and dimensional, following work instructions. Report machinery or quality issues and initiate maintenance requisitions or NCMR process as needed.




Monitoring personnel performance levels and maintain accurate employee records – examples: attendance, performance reviews and other critical incident reporting. Administer corrective disciplinary action, when necessary, as well as positive reinforcement to team members. Ensure on time delivery of proper training for team members.
Coach and mentor employees and advocate for them and for the organization. Provide staffing plans and employee training/development. Communicate respectfully with all team members, both verbally and in writing.
Participate continuous improvement initiatives (lean manufacturing, 5s, Kaizen etc.)
Participate in problem solving, 8D and CAR teams.
Ensure compliance with production schedules.
Daily review of Efficiency Report with GS

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience as Supervisor in rubber process (Preferred)
