? About the Role
We are looking for an Overseas Executive with a strong international mindset and passion for global logistics. This role is focused on prospecting new overseas partners, strengthening Lozen’s global presence, and positioning Mexico as a strategic logistics hub within international trade lanes.
You will play a key role in expanding our international network, developing new business opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships with agents and partners around the world.

? Key Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new overseas agents and international business opportunities.
Promote Mexico as a strategic origin and destination for air, ocean, and ground logistics solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international agents, airlines, shipping lines, and service providers.
Negotiate rates, capacities, and service conditions to support sustainable business growth.
Act as the main point of contact for international partners supporting shipments to and from Mexico.




Provide post-quote and post-shipment follow-up to ensure service continuity and partner satisfaction.
Participate in international conferences, agent meetings, and general networking events.
Availability to collaborate across time zones and provide support outside standard business hours when needed.

? Profile & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Overseas, International Sales, or Business Development.
Previous exposure to Pricing or International Freight Forwarding is highly valued.
Advanced English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
Valid passport and availability to travel internationally when required.
