As an Oracle Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP practice, you will focus on utilizing and managing the Oracle suite of software and technologies for various purposes within an organization,



including installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of Oracle products and solutions.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.
